1. About Tinkoor
Tinkoor provides website design, copywriting, development, domain setup, hosting and related digital services for independent professionals and small businesses in India. You can contact us at hello@tinkoor.com.
2. The launch website package
The standard Tinkoor launch package is currently priced at ₹14,999 for the first 100 eligible businesses. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the package includes:
- a profession-specific website of up to five pages;
- customisation of branding, colours, services, content and imagery within the selected design direction;
- website copy prepared from information supplied through questionnaire, WhatsApp, email or call;
- a standard .com or .in domain, subject to availability and normal registration cost;
- one year of hosting and SSL;
- mobile-responsive development, basic on-page SEO, enquiry/contact integration and deployment.
Substantially different page structures, custom functionality, integrations, ecommerce, member areas, advanced animations, additional pages or other out-of-scope work may be quoted separately before that work begins.
3. Project scope and approvals
The agreed scope may be recorded in email, WhatsApp, an invoice, questionnaire, proposal or another written project summary. You are responsible for reviewing names, contact details, claims, professional qualifications, prices, service information and other factual content before launch.
Reasonable refinements within the agreed scope are included. A new design direction or a material change after design or development has begun may require a revised quote and timeline.
4. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, 50% is payable to start the project and 50% is payable when the approved website is ready to launch. The website may remain on a review or staging environment until the outstanding balance is received.
Any applicable taxes, third-party costs or separately approved extras will be shown on the relevant invoice or communicated before purchase.
5. Client information and materials
You agree to provide information and materials reasonably required to complete the website. This may include service details, biographies, professional credentials, logos, photographs, contact information and approvals.
You should only provide content, photographs, logos and other materials that you have the right to use. Tinkoor is not responsible for claims arising from client-supplied materials or instructions that infringe another person's rights.
6. Copywriting and AI-assisted workflow
Tinkoor may use AI-assisted tools internally for research, organisation, drafting and production efficiency. Final website content and design decisions are reviewed and edited by a human. You remain responsible for confirming factual, regulatory and professional claims relating to your own practice.
7. Domains and hosting
A standard .com or .in domain is included where available within normal registration cost. If a preferred domain is unavailable, premium-priced or subject to special registration requirements, we will discuss alternatives or additional cost before purchase.
A domain may be purchased in your own account or, where agreed, by Tinkoor on your behalf. If Tinkoor purchases the domain, we will reasonably assist with transfer after all project payments and third-party transfer requirements are satisfied.
The first year of hosting is included in the standard package. Renewal pricing and support terms for subsequent years will be communicated before renewal becomes due. Hosting and third-party services may occasionally experience outages or maintenance outside Tinkoor's control.
8. Ownership
After full payment, you may use the completed website, approved copy and final client-specific design assets for your business. Tinkoor retains ownership of its underlying reusable design systems, source components, frameworks, production methods, code libraries, templates and know-how.
Third-party software, fonts, photographs, libraries and services remain subject to their respective licences.
9. Portfolio use
Unless you ask us not to, Tinkoor may display the completed public website, business name and selected screenshots as examples of our work after launch. Confidential information supplied during the project will not be published for portfolio purposes.
10. Delays and inactive projects
Project timelines depend on timely receipt of information, feedback and approvals. If a project becomes inactive because required client input is not received, delivery dates may move and the project may need to be rescheduled.
11. Third-party services
Websites may rely on domain registrars, hosting providers, analytics, maps, forms, fonts, messaging services or other third-party platforms. Their availability, pricing, policies and service terms are controlled by those providers and may change independently of Tinkoor.
12. Limitation of responsibility
We aim to deliver professional, functional websites, but we do not guarantee a particular Google ranking, number of enquiries, revenue level or commercial result. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tinkoor's liability relating to a specific project will not exceed the fees actually paid to Tinkoor for that project.
13. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
14. Privacy
Information supplied through the website or during a project is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services, pricing or legal obligations change. The version published on this page applies from the stated last-updated date unless a separate written agreement applies to your project.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
